I received a promotion in the mail to have my hearing tested. Monika, who assessed me was polite, very knowledgeable and professional. No hard sales pitch whatsoever. I can’t speak for all but I would recommend this Miracle Ear location. A+
Absolutely the worst. Do not do what I did and basically get swindled. Eight Thousand dollars and the right one never works, the left unit generates ear piercing feedback. They are so completely unreliable. If you have to travel like I do and attend meetings and training sessions, you’re just going to end up embarrassed, when they just decide to stop working for reasons unknown. This place is amazing!! My grandmother was absolutely satisfied with the staff and her experience!! I think the lady’s name is Monika but she was super helpful and very knowledgeable!! Thank you guys for giving her such a great service!!
