Really bad situation. My husband's hearing aids were sent for repair on September 26th. Today. October 20th, there's no date in sight as of when they will be ready. A polite receptionist keeps on saying "I understand" and "We'll call you when they are ready". My husband has a severe hearing loss and he is feeling isolated since it is very challenging to communicate with him.
