They ripped me off for $7000. I don't use any of their crummy products, but they kept my money.
Scam! My mother had a horrible experience here. She tested their hearing aids they have everyone try in store and could hear wonderfully. The hearing aids she received were not the same quality. Too much background noise, beeping, stop working completely. She’s gone back in multiple times and they are dismissive and give her the run around. Told her to wait 90 days to adjust to them but only allow 30 days for a refund. Gave her a spiel about dementia. She asked an ENT and they said that’s not true. Had free hearing test on 2/16/2023, and miracle ear was going to send free gift card, have not received one yet after sending in my choice on gift card.
I wish I would have found Miracle Ear sooner. John and Dana could not be any more helpful. Hearing aids are not cheap, but well worth the money to be able to hear again. Miracle Ear has help me discover the sounds I had forgotten about.
