Katherine is a special person. Pleasant and very helpful in taking care of my hearing concerns. Would recommend anyone needing hearing aids to go to her.
We took my grandpa here for hearing aids. They were VERY thorough and explained everything as we went along. Katherine is just excellent, and always asked if we had questions or if we were understanding the information she was providing. I was very impressed with Katherine and all the education she has to have for her position. They work with you to finance the hearing aids, and they were also able to give a Veteran’s discount.
Katherine was amazing. Very thorough, made sure we understood everything before moving on. She was very patient and deeply cares about her patients and her job.
