I had my first evaluation this week in Waterville. Simon was great! He explained everything to me patiently. Had to go over the experience in the booth twice as I "stopped hearing him"! I'm a little claustrophobic and all I heard was BOOTH. Simon handled the whole thing like the professional he is. I was very comfortable.I will return for a future evaluation and when I'm ready to get my hearing aides, I WILL be relying on this office.
Staff was very friendly and informative.
Great group of people, they talk to you and make sure you understand what's going on. I had to cancel 3 times and they were so understanding, I even show up late and they took me in and made sure I was takin care of, great place
Very easy to get to very nice people working there.
