Cannot say enough about the staff here. Tiffany is a very knowledgeable hearing technician and always adjust my hearing aids to a very comfortable fitting and hearing level. She is always very tentative and listens to my concerns, and insures they are all addressed. Sam is always willing to help in any way and very fun to work with. If you are experiencing hearing problems. You should visit them, you will not be disappointed.
Tiffany did amazing. She truly knows her stuff. Would highly recommend her at the Concord NC location.
I had a wonderful experience at the Miracle Ear in Concord. The Specialist, Tiffany was awesome! She was very informative and polite. The Lady at the front, Samantha was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back and refer friends!
