This is the best hearing aid office i have ever been to .The service is great the staff makes you feel at home and hear what i am saying about my hearing loss the hearing aids are the best i have ever had A+++++++++++++++++++ service

Tiffany is amazing! I am so happy shethat I was able to meet and deal with a competent medical professional they are very rare in this day and time. She is truly the Grand Puba of miracle ears.
Cannot say enough about the staff here. Tiffany is a very knowledgeable hearing technician and always adjust my hearing aids to a very comfortable fitting and hearing level. She is always very tentative and listens to my concerns, and insures they are all addressed. Sam is always willing to help in any way and very fun to work with. If you are experiencing hearing problems. You should visit them, you will not be disappointed.
Tiffany did amazing. She truly knows her stuff. Would highly recommend her at the Concord NC location.
