My dad was visiting from out of town and one of his hearing aids wasn't working. Jordan quickly replaced a filter and we were good to go. It was a great experience and Jordan was a joy to work with.

Miracle Ear can do better by allowing customers to contact their local Miracle-Ear establishment directly by phone rather than routing the customer to some hub for interception.
I bring my mother over 2 hours from her home to receive services from this Miracle- Ear Center. The young lady, Jordan, is very kind, knowledgeable, and patient with my mother. After each visit, my mother's hearing devices perform, constantly giving her quality sound and hearing. She is very happy and pleased. Yes, the hearing aids can be costly, but my mother was able to find one that she could afford on a payment plan, and it is paid off.
