My husband, John Beavers, tried 3 different kinds of low-priced supposedly actual hearing aids (not!) for 3 years which were very painful and noisy. Finally realizing they were not going to work, we went to Miracle Ear in Bentonville. Ms. Laurie examined and tested John's ears and fitted him with remarkable hearing aids. Miracle-Ear provided a really positive experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, patient, and Laurie took the time to understand my needs rather than rushing me through an appointment. The hearing evaluation was thorough and clearly explained. I especially appreciated how Laurie walked me through the process without any pressure.
