I recently purchased a pair of hearing aids from the Bentonville, AR location, and couldn't be more pleased, both with the product, and the outstanding service that I have been given! Laurie is knowledgeable, professional, and extremely detailed in her work. She is pleasant and caring and takes the time to make sure everything is just right. We have been to 2 different Miracle Ear Locations in another state. Our service was terrible and they just didn't care or didn't know what they were doing or both. Miracle Ear in Bentonville, AR is amazing! The building is clean and professional. The staff was kind and oh so helpful. Laurie Guerrero was incredible! We were a tough case but she went above and beyond to take care of us. I HIGHLY recommend Miracle Ear in Bentonville!
I purchased my level 3 hearing aids 2.5 years ago. Lj and Laurie are amazing! Laurie is very passionate and knowledgeable, staying on top of their newer technology aids, my hearing, concerns, and any adjustments to my aids that I feel need to be made, all I need to do is give them a call to set up appointment. You’re not just paying for the aids, you’re paying for the service that comes with them like cleanings , adjustments etc and Laurie makes me feel that I get 110% what I paid for.
