I was so excited to get my hearing aids and they worked great until they didn't. Repairs have to be sent in and it takes a long time to get them back. Going without one of them (no loaner available) for over 2 weeks was not a good experience when you take into account how much a person pays for them. Don't count on getting a call back from the voicemail you have to leave either.
