My parents are here visiting from out of state and needed help finding wax guard for their hearing aid. With this being their 3rd stop they were hoping this was the one. After talking to the gentleman working and explaining what they were looking for, the response they received was, “You’re not a patient here, I can’t help you.” No effort, no compassion, just complete dismissal. Wow, what a great experience. There was a new representative in the office this time and he was compassionate and very professional. I believe his name was Matt, but I highly recommend!!
