While my mom was on vacation in Bozeman, MT, Matt Kline at Miracle-Ear agreed to check her hearing aids, which were not operating properly, even though they did not come from Miracle-Ear. He checked her charging device and cords, he cleaned out her hearing aids of built-up wax, and he put new “cones” on them. Suddenly her hearing aids were good as new! We like the service we receive from Matr and Loni!
The people at the office were nice enough, but I was less than impressed with the utility, quality and longevity (or lack thereof) of the hearing aids and going in for "service" was a complete waste of time that never fixed or addressed the issues I had with them.
Matt takes great care of of us.
My parents are here visiting from out of state and needed help finding wax guard for their hearing aid. With this being their 3rd stop they were hoping this was the one. After talking to the gentleman working and explaining what they were looking for, the response they received was, “You’re not a patient here, I can’t help you.” No effort, no compassion, just complete dismissal.
