I recently made an appointment to have my hearing aids adjusted. I have been having difficulty with feedback extraneous yet irritating sounds and an elevated high pitch of words or sounds. Fortunately Jessica, one of the most personable and helpful persons I have ever met, was able to get me an appointment with Tom for the very next day. Tom immediately diagnosed the problem that my hearing aids were set at too powerful a level.
