Tim is great, would recommend 10/10
My mother took her hearing aides in over 3 months ago and mind you there was no assistant in this office when we went to the appointment (and there never was since we started going to Enid office). We called 3 weeks ago and was told they would call use back. Never got a call back. Today we called and was told by the an assistant that she couldn’t find even a work order.
