My mother in law felt pressured into a $5000 set of hearing aids. She paid up front. She decided she didn't want them after she left the office. She called, they were closed for vacation. She followed the cancelation instructions in the contract and provided written notice which James refused to accept. She than sent it certified mail, again they refused to sign for it. James is refusing to return her money even though she has followed the instructions in the contract and did not receive the hearing aids. This is bad busines... read more
