I went in to Miracle Ear because I got a flyer for a free hearing test in the mail, and I have noticed that I hear better in one ear than the other. Jeff administered a thorough hearing exam and explained the results clearly in a straightforward manner. Jeff tuned and fitted some hearing aids at the appointment. I wore the hearing aids for a week and went back in for an adjustment. At Jeff's request I tried the hearing aids a bit longer. I recommend Jeff highly.
Jeff Buzzelli is the man! He not only is great at helping improve my hearing, but he has explained everything involved in the hearing process and how my hearing aids improve it.
If you need hearing aids, don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Miracle Ear has a great product and they have great service. They’re friendly folks, easy to work with, and I highly recommend them.

Upgraded my husband's hearing aids and the staff are all great, very helpful . Jeff was so good at listening to our questions and readjusted the default settings to fit the tones, clarity and voices according to each eats needs.
