I was very disappointed in my scheduled annual appointment at the Oak ridge Store. From the time of walking in, the whole vibe of the store had changed from what it was the last time I was there. The whole appointment was focused on a sales pitch to try and sell me a new pair of hearing aids - mine are only 3 years old and are still serving me well. I purchased a pair of hearing aids at the Miracle Ear office in Oak Ridge, TN. The reason I'm giving this review 5 stars is because of the hearing specialist I saw on several occasions, Drake Johnson. Drake was informative and listened to all of my concerns. He seems to genuinely care about his patients. The hearing test he gave was very thorough. However, I was not happy with the lack of communication with the office staff.
