I purchased a pair of hearing aids at the Miracle Ear office in Oak Ridge, TN. The reason I'm giving this review 5 stars is because of the hearing specialist I saw on several occasions, Drake Johnson. Drake was informative and listened to all of my concerns. He seems to genuinely care about his patients. The hearing test he gave was very thorough. However, I was not happy with the lack of communication with the office staff.
