IV had my hearing aides for quiet some time . My warranty has expired from another center. MIRACLE EAR / DIANA, has saved my ears and my hearing aides. She is so very helpful and compassionate. I give her 10 🌟 STAR THANKS MS.WATKINS
Everyone in the office is always very nice and polite. I don’t have an issue getting an appointment with them. They always are very prompt and get you in and out without feeling rushed.
I called in tears because my hearing aid broke. I had to miss work. I thought for sure I was going to be without it for days. I was very blessed how Diana & MacKenzie got me into the Maryville office. Diana was such a pleasant lady that was beyond helpful. She was able to fix my hearing aid in just a matter of few minutes. THANKS DIANA for giving me back my hearing! I can work again. I will be forever thankful.
My wives wire on her reciever for her hearings aids broke this morning and she had to call into work. She has severe hearing lose and could not perform her job as a customer service rep for her company. She called when they opened and spoke to Diana and MacKenzie about the issue she was having. They set her up with an appointment right away and took care of fixing her hearing aids. They were so professional and very friendly. They both care so much about their patients.
