At first, I was very happy with my Miracle Ear hearing aids. After wearing for one month, I got up to put my hearing aids on from the charger, and the right side hearing aid made no sound at all. So, I went to grab my next appointment card for the phone number for the Batavia, NY location. There is NO Phone Number and NO Aidiologist/Sales Person NAME on the card! Then I find out they are only open Mondays and Wednesdays! For $7,000.00, I'd like to think I could get both a name as well as phone number for my person. Very unha... read more

Can now control my hearing aids with my phone , Justin is always so good at explaining how to use the aids

I really wish I could do this review without giving a star. For over a week I've gone in 3 times and no 1 was there, I've called and left a message and I haven't received a call back. What kind of business do you run?? Do you have so much business coming in you don't bother opening up, or even returning a call? I've been trying to get my mother in because her hearing aid doesn't work, in fact they haven't been right since day 1. I would like to know WHO I can contact to make a complete.
