Both ladies here at Miracle Ear in Bolivar, MO are amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable. My mom was having issues with her hearing aids and was going to a different store but they just couldn’t get the issue resolved. We decided to try this store and they worked with her until everything was back to normal. We are delighted we made the switch even though the drive is a bit further but well worth it. So happy we have them as part of our “family” now!
I was needing hearing aids pretty bad. After borrowing one of my sisters one day after a flea market day with my daughter and her I made an appointment instantly. I feel in love with Denise and Kayla the minute I walked in. I was nervous of course but Denise made me feel comfortable instantly! The girls are the best. If I need anything, they are there to help either with cleaning or issues with Bluetooth pairing or any issues that might need to be addressed..... Great job!! 👍👍
As my husband and I are both new to wearing hearing aids, Denise and Kayla have made the experience so much easier. They always greet us with a smile, both are very knowledgeable at what they do, and having them near our home is a blessing.
