I have really had a great experience at Miracle Ear in Maple Grove. They do a good job of explaining the importance of wearing the devices as well as take time to really make sure you are getting the hearing aids that you need. The staff are very nice and when I have questions or need a cleaning they make it very easy to get support. I recommend them highly.
Fantastic experience purchasing my hearing aid with Sugar Gilbert. She is extremely informative, knows her stuff inside and out, and takes the time to be patient and kind with her patients (plus, she’s really funny!). I highly recommend working with her.
I brought myother here. It is a wonderful clinic. Starting with Ade at the front desk. She is friendly and very helpful. Sugar was very informative, answered all our questions, and very kind. She took the time to explain my mother's hearing loss to both of us. I would and have recommend this clinic if your looking for hearing aids.
Had an issue with hearing aids just my working. Stopped in and it was corrected very quickly. Ade was very helpfull in solving my problem.
