I received a mailer promising me $20 off a butterball turkey if I came in for a free otoscopic exam and hearing test. While I thought my hearing was fine, I had been noticing trouble hearing/understanding my 9 year old daughter, so I accepted the offer. This new gal, Cassandra, is so amazing! She is very kind and very understanding! I wasn't sure if my mother could afford hearing aids for herself. She then said, "There is no pressure to buy.
