I do not trust these reviews at all. Here’s what I know: unwarranted solicitation by mail, vulnerable senior citizen responds and they promised that she’s going to receive a $1400 discount, that her medical insurance is going to pay for half of it and that she’ll only be on the hook for $2000 when she is in fact on the hook for $5700. They know very well what they’re doing and they should know that I will be filing a formal complaint with consumer protection. I’d say Miracle Ear is a real game-changer! I stopped into the Towson office this afternoon, did not have an appointment, my hearing aides were not working but Stephanie asked me to wait she was waiting on another customer. As soon as she completed her appointment she asked me if she could help me I informed her that I did not have an appointment, she stated no worries cleaned my hearing aides and I was on my way. Customer satisfaction 100%. Much appreciated Stephanie.

I am so happy to write a review about Miracle Ear in Towson because of Stephanie, the Office Manager. She is so instrumental to the facility because of her professionalism via the telephone or in person. It's such a pleasure to come to the Towson office because Stephanie makes things happen for you. She's an absolute ray of sunshine that is an essential element there. When scheduled for an appointment, you know you've had a good visit when she's there. Wanted to say the office manager Stefanie and s the best! She helps in any way she can- she brightens the whole office up- gets me in right away when I need to be seen. Tina was also very helpful! Definitely recommended!!
