I wish I could give zero stars. I arrived for my appointment and was asked for my drivers license and insurance card immediately I was given the hearing test which was very short. She told me I had hearing loss and hearing aides were put in my ears. She warned me when she turned them on it would be very loud and be a robotic sound. It was SO LOUD IT WAS PAINFUL.
