Worked with Colton. Great guy, very non pressuring and i believe so far i got what i needed hearing aid wise. However having been hard of hearing my entire life. I wasnt given an in booth hearing test. And my left ear being 80 percent deaf wasnt given the correct powered receiver for my left. I did move away and end up going to another location where I live and was fixed zero issues now.
So friendly & knowledgeable
