Exactly experience!! It has helped my Mother hearing tremendously!! The service is Awesome!!! All the extras cleaning taking care of the hearing aids for you all goes with the hearing aids. Any of the other places doesn't take care of you like Miracle Ear. I would recommend them to anyone!!!! Karissa and Jacob was Awesome!!!! They were very patient with my Mom. The service is warm and welcoming. Excellent Customer Service, which I’m a stickler for. Several of my family members have accompanied me to my appointments, and she remembers them. I practically feel like an extended FAMILY member of Karissa’s! She takes her time to explain what she’s going to do before she does it. She also helped me understand my situation better. I'm sorry wouldn't recommend this place.were in waiting area almost a hour. They have made me feel uncomfortable and down right rude with me.Will take my business elsewhere. Recommend everyone go to Beltone and they would treat you right. Never bye Miracle ear again. Ty.
Karissa and the team at Miracle Ear have been exceptional. I am delighted with my hearing aids and have new found confidence in large gatherings and my wife is happy that she doesn’t have to repeat everything! Karissa has made the whole experience simple and straight forward with the care and professionalism she has shown. She has gone above and beyond, working around my schedule to make sure that I can get to appointments. I have no hesitation in recommending her and her team.
The technician and office staff are always polite, professional and respectful of my hearing need's. I would not go anywhere else.
