Happy to report I have no hearing loss, but it was still a worthwhile visit. Staff was friendly and did a great job going over how we hear and what’ is and is not effective for different types of loss

The staff is so wonderful and welcoming. I was very nervous the 1st appointment, but they treated me with honesty, respect, and very helpful. I would recommend the Mechanicsville office to everyone i know.
We met with Pat and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and explained to me about my hearing problem.
