Nice service
Sorry I don't remember her name, but the young lady who saw me on Thursday, Oct. 1 was pleasant and patient. I had a slight problem but she accommodated me. I didn't have any significant hearing loss so that was good news. I would use this office again if I have any issues with my hearing.
Happy to report I have no hearing loss, but it was still a worthwhile visit. Staff was friendly and did a great job going over how we hear and what’ is and is not effective for different types of loss

The staff is so wonderful and welcoming. I was very nervous the 1st appointment, but they treated me with honesty, respect, and very helpful. I would recommend the Mechanicsville office to everyone i know.
