I posted the message below yesterday and today, my husband received a phone call from Ms. Pamela Futrell telling him that he needed to remove the comment. This is absolutely unacceptable! My husband was in the La Plata office for a hearing test today and what he witnessed, was absolutely awful! Pamela Futrell had the nastiest attitude and was in a verbal altercation with her secretary in front of us. My husband was in the La Plata office for a hearing test today and what he witnessed, was absolutely awful! Pamela Futrell had the nastiest attitude and was in a verbal altercation with her secretary in front of us. Both members were slamming documents and they were arguing loudly in the lobby in front of myself and other clients. I will never, ever come into the office for any of my needs nor would I ever recommend to anyone looking for hearing issues.

Staff seems friendly at first but they don't do their job my father is 85 and he is using only one hearing aidfor almost 2 months they had it for more than a month for repair when finally was returned didn't work the way was handled was not proper looked dirty full of fuzz The device is back to the store Monday today is Thursday and still wasn't tested I'll give this location only one star just because they are open.
