I have been with my brother at all his appointments with Alex. She is extremely knowledgeable on the hearing aides and also with her hearing testing. She has gone over and above to ensure my brother's questions have been answered and that his hearing aides are working for him and comfortable to wear. I posted the message below yesterday and today, my husband received a phone call from Ms. Pamela Futrell telling him that he needed to remove the comment. This is absolutely unacceptable! My husband was in the La Plata office for a hearing test today and what he witnessed, was absolutely awful! Pamela Futrell had the nastiest attitude and was in a verbal altercation with her secretary in front of us. My husband was in the La Plata office for a hearing test today and what he witnessed, was absolutely awful! Pamela Futrell had the nastiest attitude and was in a verbal altercation with her secretary in front of us. Both members were slamming documents and they were arguing loudly in the lobby in front of myself and other clients. I will never, ever come into the office for any of my needs nor would I ever recommend to anyone looking for hearing issues.
