Worst customer service from Frank the Manager of hearing aid department at Costco Green Bay Wi. Best Customer service from Rick at Miricle Ear ridge rd. Green Bay. The staff is friendly always ready to help after the sale. I cannot Say enough about Rick. It may cost a little more at Miracle Ear, but hearing aid is in a different league from Costco. Which had No customer service. You can not even Compare the difference in hearing aids

From the time you walk through the door and are greeted at the front desk by Kara, until you are fitted with your hearing aids by Rick, you will feel valued as a customer at Miracle Ear. Kara handled all of the processing of my insurance claim and made many calls on my behalf. She is very professional and caring. Rick made the process of getting new hearing aids seamless.
