My father tried to get a replacement for a broken hearing aid. The salesperson told him that the company no longer made them. Tried to sell him new hearing aids in excess of $6,000. When my father said he wanted to think about it. The sales person said “what is there to think about“. My dad said he still wanted to think about it. Worst customer service from Frank the Manager of hearing aid department at Costco Green Bay Wi. Best Customer service from Rick at Miricle Ear ridge rd. Green Bay. The staff is friendly always ready to help after the sale. I cannot Say enough about Rick. It may cost a little more at Miracle Ear, but hearing aid is in a different league from Costco. Which had No customer service. You can not even Compare the difference in hearing aids
