I am writing this for my mother. Firstly, there's not enough stars listed for this particular Miracle Ear business/location. I can't even think of any hint of negativity with Mr. Chapman/Mrs.Carter....BUT I could with the last Miracle Ear in another city. We are damn glad we took the chance with Mr. Chapman and have never looked back. EVERYTHING/EVERYONE here is the model Miracle Ear should be following. Bravo Zulu

Greg and Sarah are absolutely amazing. I was and have always been treated with the upmost respect All my visits they have treated me like family , very professional , and knowledgeable . Both have addressed my issues in a very timely and professional manner. Their level of customer service and product knowledge is by far the best I’ve experienced . The two of them have definitely set the bar high ! Outstanding job well done. Thanks to the both of them
