I live in Florida and was traveling on vacation in upstate NY when I had a problem with my hearing aids. I called the Miracle Ear office on Rt 9 in Queensbury, NY and they took me as a walk in to assess what was wrong. The Office Receptionist was very helpful and cordial and took me in right away. They fixed the problem and sent me on my way. I was a happy camper. Thank you to the staff at Miracle Ear at 959 Rt 9 in Queensbury, NY.
Anthony did a wonderful job explaining my hearing issues to me .He spent at least an hour and a half with me at the initial visit and the same when I returned to learn the features of the hearing aids that I purchased.I look forward to my future visits where the hearing aids will be fine tuned to my specific lifestyle
