I am visiting my son and i needed help with mu hearing aids. The staff was so helpful and the technician wade was able to fix me up and i am so happy. He was so nice and understanding. Thank you so much
This is my first experience in getting a hearing instrument. I should have done this a long time ago my children tell me. I was very impressed with the practitioners explanation of my test results and how he explained everything to me. He took his time and made sure that I was comfortable. I have a very challenging ear anatomy , and so he had to make a specialized piece so that it would fit in my ear. This is my first experience with hearing instruments. I am so glad that I came to miracle ear. Wade and Donna take such excellent care of me. I actually look forward to going to my hearing appointment. They’re also dog friendly and I like to bring my little dog bandit. Donna always gives him a treat.
