I'm very happy with the service that I received at the mentor miracle ear hearing center. Donna, the receptionist is always friendly and greets us with a smile. The practitioner wade is extremely knowledgeable, and takes his time answers, all of our questions and meets all of our hearing needs.I highly recommend miracle ear in the mentor location
My wife patricia and I relocated to Mentor rom Arizona and because we have miracle Ears we just transferred to the Mentor location and we are taken care just like we were their own...Thank you wade
Made an appointment to get my hearing tested for job requirement not even 10 minutes later after booking said appointment get a call back and cancels appointment because they don’t do testing for jobs? Makes absolute no sense at all
I feel like a family member when I walk into my Miracle Ear reception area as Donna always greets me with a big smile. The office is always clean and offers lots of info to read concerning hearing aids. Wade, the technician, is FANTASTIC! He explains everything in detail when answering my questions bur MOST of all he gave me my hearing back!!! I have had no issues with my aids and it is wonderful to hear again. A BIG THANK YOU to Wade...I recommend him and Miracle Ear to all my friends and family members.
I've been coming to hear Miracle-Ear for 20 years and I've always had a very positive experience. That practitioner has really gotten to know me and all of my health issues other than my hearing. I am a cancer survivor and Wade make sure that he text me at least once a year to see if my hearing has gotten worse and if it has all he does is reprogram my Hearing Instruments to match my current audiometric needs.
