These people are great
Easy to make an appointment. We were welcomed and attended to quickly and pleasantly. Issue with hearing aid volume and clarity were resolved. Questions answered.
Alicia Laudecio is a wonderful technician. She is very good at fixing things that others have not! She has made such a difference for us! We were about to give up but she quickly got things adjusted very well. Alicia is the best!
Alicia was very knowledgeable and gave us a very good presentation about how our hearing actually works. She made the hearing test easy and explained the results afterwards so that we could understand it in normal English.
Alicia was incredibly professional, nice, efficient and knowledgeable. Changed my hearing aid wires and explained in detail how to correctly fit into my ears. I couldn't be happier with the amazing service! Thank you Alicia.
