Kate at the Pella office provided a great service on my mother's hearing aids during our recent office visit. Her knowledge and professionalism were greatly appreciated. The outcome resulted in a significant improvement in the performance of her hearing aids and was a welcomed ease of communication with one another.
I love my new hearing aids. They are a game changer for me. Tiffany and her Pella staff are professional and welcoming. Tiffany takes the time to listen and makes the entire process so easy.
