So kind and so patient.. next she directed me to the office of Julia who is the specialist.. she spent so much time with me that I felt very comfortable in leaving the office.BUT .. The staff at the South Elgin location are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and empathetic. They did everything possible to ensure I was provided with top notch hearing aids that met my needs. They continue to maintain them so they are in excellent working condition. They go out of their way to ensure I am 100 percent satisfied.
The staff at South ELgin Miracle-Ear were very friendly and made my wife very comfortable. Our exams were very thorough. We received discounts and zero percent financing.
