The staff at the South Elgin location are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and empathetic. They did everything possible to ensure I was provided with top notch hearing aids that met my needs. They continue to maintain them so they are in excellent working condition. They go out of their way to ensure I am 100 percent satisfied.
The staff at South ELgin Miracle-Ear were very friendly and made my wife very comfortable. Our exams were very thorough. We received discounts and zero percent financing.

Warning! When looking for hearing aids avoid the Miracle Ear organization at all costs. In particular, the one at 329 S Randall Rd, South Elgin, Il. They do not help instruct on usage, they are rarely open and make it impossible to return. They charged me roughly $6500 and when I wanted to return the hearing aids they were on vacation, restricted office hours (down to one day per week), insisted the return be made to a specific person, Brett Walters(on vacation for the first two weeks) then only on a Tuesday.
