My wife and I recently moved to NC and two weeks after arriving I lost one of my new hearing aids. I reached out to Miracle Ear in Burnsville NC and they were able to get me in right away. The staff were so polite and welcoming. Being new to the area they made me feel like I lived here all my life. By the time I left their office a new hearing aid was ordered. I was so pleased with what I heard that I look forward to having my hearing aids serviced by them.

They listened to my concerns and addressed them. The result is an improvement. I had a hearing test today and the result showed my hearing has remained stable. They are very competent and professional with the tools at their disposal. Overall I was very pleased with my visit and feel like I am in very good hands.

I’ve been in the process of testing and purchasing Miracle Ear hearing aids with follow up testing and support for a year. I am pleased and encouraged by the experience as well as the devices. The personnel is professional and cordial in nice settings. They knowledgeable and insightful.

My mother-in-law was visiting from out of state. One of her hearing aids stopped working. She was here to attend our son's wedding. Miracle-Ear was the hearing aid center that came to our rescue. The receptionist was so friendly and gave us hope that a solution could be found. We had tried another place, but they did not give us much hope.
