My experience was a 10/10. I also want to commend your receptionists for very professionally handling a difficult situation that could have went so badly. She was kind, calm, and proficient with a difficult customer. I was impressed with the skill and tact she used doing her job. You have a great employee in Julia. My hearing specialist who cleaned my hearing aid was very nice and efficient too. Thank you Marcy Gordier I was seen at the Cheboygan MI office.
