I am an out of towner and stop at the Aberdeen North Carolina store Friday March 26th with issue with one of my hearing aids. The gal at the desk got my hearing aid repaired in maybe 15 minutes. I was met with a smile and yepper I left with a smile and on my way back to Pennsylvania. 10 stars
Previously I was a Beltone Hearing Aid wearer. The franchise was closed and there were no close offices. I switched to Miracle Ear. A friend referred me to the office in Aberdeen. It was amazing how much I learned about the hearing aid and what I could do to hear better. Mike Reardon is extremely knowledgeable and will see you as often as necessary to make sure you are comfortable with your hearing aids. Max, an apprentice, was also very helpful and Michelle, the receptionist, is very efficient.
So happy with my hearing aids!! The staff in Aberdeen is awesome!!!!
Mike Reardon was extremely helpful during my recent follow up with my newly upgraded hearing aids. He listened to my concerns and zeroed in on the problems, and made adjustments on the computer that really worked. I went there not expecting much and walked away with very effective changes and adjustments. He did more in 30 minutes than I had experienced in quite some time. I love my new hearing aids so much more, making the extra investment very much worth it
