My mother got hearing aids from here. They took time with her and explained everything. When they came in she didn’t say anything where she lives. She is in an assisted living facility. I talked to some of the workers and they stated the she can hear them even when they are behind her. My mother was so excited when she was sitting outside and she could hear the birds. If you are considering hearing aids, you have come to the right place! The customer service at Miracle Ear was exactly what I was looking for. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. One of the best things about Miracle Ear is that they let you try them out for a few weeks before you order them, at no charge. The other office I checked with wanted a $150 to $200 for this. The hearing aid I chose was so easy to adjust to. They didn't start it out at a 100%, so each day it increases just a little and it makes it very easy... read more

Very impressive office and knowledge of the product! Shared and explained tests. Allowed me to try the hearing aid before I purchased. No pressure to purchase! I will go back once a year to retest for free. Wonderful experience.
