If you are considering hearing aids, you have come to the right place! The customer service at Miracle Ear was exactly what I was looking for. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. One of the best things about Miracle Ear is that they let you try them out for a few weeks before you order them, at no charge. The other office I checked with wanted a $150 to $200 for this. The hearing aid I chose was so easy to adjust to. They didn't start it out at a 100%, so each day it increases just a little and it makes it very easy... read more
Very impressive office and knowledge of the product! Shared and explained tests. Allowed me to try the hearing aid before I purchased. No pressure to purchase! I will go back once a year to retest for free. Wonderful experience.
They are always ready to help me when I have a problem!!
