I'm writing to commend the extraordinary service of Mr. Jake Premier rendered to my 103 year old mother. After examining her he suspected that her hearing aids and/or her hearing aid charger were malfunctioning. Because transportation to an office location is so difficult for my mother Mr. Premier made a home visit, on his own time, to her apartment in her assisted living facility, retrieved her hearing aids and charger and sent them off to be tested and repaired. We had a wonderful experience at Miracle-Ear! The staff was incredibly kind and patient while helping my papaw with his hearing aids. They took the time to update them, fix the parts that were worn, and even cleaned all the wax out so they work like new again. They treated him with so much respect and made sure everything was working perfectly before we left. It’s such a relief to know there are people who genuinely care and take the time to help. Thank you for the amazing service—we truly appreciate it!
I started with Xenia Miracle Ear about a month ago. I have nothing negative to say about Jake or Beth, both are very professional! Jake takes all the time you need to explain the technologies of my hearing aids. He’s very personable and prompt
I’ve been a caretaker for my grandma for years and I can’t stress enough how helpful Jake was!! 10/10 service and with a fair price! Hard to come by these days. It’s a breath of fresh air when you come across someone who truly cares for the elderly! Made our day!
