Great customer service skills.
We experienced an awakening today which blew away our minds at The Miracle Ear in Catskill NY. Brad, Mike and Andrea provided the atmosphere for my husband to hear again. His dementia was getting worse because his brain wasn’t connecting to his hearing. When Alex put on the demo hearing aids , his daughter and I were so elated. He was able to hear, listen and understand. We look forward to his next visit in two weeks when he gets to wear the hearing aids. Thank You!
I had a very positive experience with Miracle-Ear. Michael was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly from the initial hearing test through the fitting process. He continues to make sure that I feel comfortable and confident using the hearing aids before leaving the office at every appointment!
