Recently our dog got hold of my husbands hearing aids and destroyed them. We didn’t have insurance on them but Sam at Miracle ear went to bat for us and was able to get them fixed for free. THANK YOU Sam and John for saving us. ***** -that’s five stars for service!
Wow what a big world I have been missing🤣 Sam Geise of Miracle Ear has opened up not only my ears but my mind. I am so blessed the extremely well put explanations of everything that Miracle Ear has done by Sam is a huge blessing. Growing up in a family with a lot of hearing loss I value my hearing as priceless.

Sam is an extraordinary example of great customer service. He's personable, polite, very informative, and a joy to work with. My cousin just got the new Spark hearing aids and it was a very enjoyable and positive experience for all. She's in a wheelchair, and Sam helped her in and out and even walked all the way to the van with her. Your company is extremely lucky to have him as an employee.
