I had a wonderful experience at Miracle-Ear in Hyannis while visiting with my client! Tracey at the front desk was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Aaron was absolutely wonderful with my client and made sure they felt comfortable throughout the visit. They were both patient and happy to answer all of our questions with a smile. My 92 year old mother bought hearing aids 3 years ago from Miracle Ear,; the hearing aids are quality made and the follow up appointments make going the Miracle Ear route worth it! Shout out to Aaron our new technician that my mom sees every three months helpful and friendly young man. Cheryl M.
Aaron James was very knowledgeable,professional and patient with my sister in adjustment of hearing aids obtained through Miracle Ear. Tracey ,also, was very welcoming and calming in a situation which could be difficult for an elderly patient.
Darren's went far beyond the standard level of service to assit me in an emergency when my hearing aid broke down before an important business meeting. His service was suburb. Tracy the office manager was amazing very sympathetic to my needs as a client and was able to assist me on sn emergency situation
