If I could give more stars I would. Mr. Donahue went above and beyond helping my boyfriends elderly mother get her hearing back. Not only did he immediately accomodate her with demo hearing aids, while waiting for her financial hardship application to go through so she could get discounted hearing aids, but he also was able to get her chargable hearing aids (we originally were told the only option would be battery operated hearing aids)but my boyfriends mother really likes the chargeable ones, so we asked if possible if he c... read more

Great service. Just went there for a hearing aid that wasn’t working. Jared was great. Replaced a part and l was on my way in 5 minutes.

Jared is a gem to work with. I am 54 with hearing aides, yes 54! I got them to prevent dementia. They have reduced my tinnitus big time. It is key to get them serviced regularly. I look forward to seeing Jared. He is professional, always on time and efficient. Definitely request him if you want a positive experience.
