Timothy Pratt is the very BEST. KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND SO VERY VERY KIND AND PLEASANT. Always a great experience to go in for followup and his office manager Judy is so pleasant and friendly, and knowledgeable too…. Like I said the BEST!
Very professional & felt like someone really listened regarding the hearing issue I faced. I’ve had hearing tests in the past where the facility only had you sit in a booth (where you had to lightly breath thru your mouth so you could hear the tiny beeps) & push a button, then the person would come out and say I passed with flying colors with no hearing loss. I can’t say enough good things about Tim and Judy at the Westlake office of miracle Ear. They are a great team providing excellent customer service. When making an appointment they strive to get you into the office as soon as possible and work to make sure you are hearing the best that you can.
Tim really works hard to make sure your hearing aid is top notch. He is very courteous, takes his time, and is very professional.
