Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. A pleasant experience for both my husband and me. Miracle Ear provides a thorough exam so when you walk out you know exactly what you're facing. Julie is exceptional at what she does and makes you feel comfortable, giving good instructions throughout the exam. Very interested in her patients. Highly recommend.

Went to Christiansburg,VA with a friend who needed a new hearing aid. This was her first visit to Miracle Ear and she received such personalized help and support from Julie. She was fitted with a new hearing aid and is so happy to be able to hear after trying many others.
Very impressed. Pam was very helpful and her customer service skills were excellent. Julie was so helpful in explaining everything about the hearing aid and giving me helpful hints. I have been wearing hearing aids for a number of years and I know this will be my best ever. Thank you Julie and Pam!
