Julie and Kim are amazing. They are super personable and you can tell they are really here to help you. Julie answered every question my mom could possibly have about the hearing aids, financing questions and product questions. Hearing aids are an investment, but let me tell you, they are WORTH IT. I have just received my hearing aids from miracle ear in Christiansburg, Va. I love them, Julie was very special to work with, hearing things I hadn’t heard in a long time!
We arrived late but they were gracious and took lots of time with my mother who was anxious and not happy to be there because she really was hoping to continue to avoid dealing with her hearing loss. The staff there offered her drinks, explained everything they were testing for, why and what each test was checking and what to expect. The results were gone over and hearing aids with her specific needs programmed in were provided and tested so mom could experience how they felt and what difference they made.
