Robert Saylor was superb! I was having trouble hearing, even with hearing aids. BUT - I felt I had to visit this center to get some help. We aren't from this area and were staying at Smuggler's Notch resort, about a half-hour away. I was afraid that maybe the hearing aids were failing.
