I began my hearing aid journey one year ago. As I researched places to go I realized I was not well informed about what I needed. I initially chose the Miracle Ear Center as there was a local office and they offered financing. Miracle Ear proved to be an excellent choice. My first appointment was not only very thorough but was presented in a manner that was easy to understand. I have been a customer of the Yreka, CA Miracle-Ear store for close to three years. The staff there are caring, thorough, and friendly. The listen to my needs and do their best to accommodate them. I, without reservations highly recommend this store and staff.

Lisa was 10 points above excellent. She and her staff went the extra miles to obtain my hearing aids. Professional, pleasant, personable. She actually volunteered to come in on a holiday to get me set up with them, and emphasized "service and maintenance after the sale". I highly recommend her!
