Lisa helped me with my hearing aids. Her testing was very professional she made me feel very comfortable she fit me with the best aids for my lifestyle. I am looking forward to working with her
I am not happy with these people at all. THe hearing aids are fine for the tall price of over $4000 that I had to pay upfront and then they said they would bill my insurance and didn't after a month I called to see what was up and was told they didn't bill Medicare. They tell me this a month after they had told me they had already sent in the claim form but didn't. They new I had both Medicare and Blue Shield. This isn't right. By rights they should follow through with what they said they would do.
