I work with the Atkins Family and I can tell you they take pride in their customer service. The owner actually has dealt with hearing loss as well so he understands the difficulties in dealing with most hearing aids companies. Miracle-Ear actually allows you to "try before you buy" and there isnt a lot of companies that can say that anymore! You can even bring your aids in for free cleanings. If you need a hearing aid store to go to- this should be your one!
