Update 21 Jan 2025. Person that ran the office was on medical leave and substitute was unaware of the procedure. I received a very nice call from the office and was told my card is in the mail. Therefore I change my rating to 5 stars due to them reaching out to me.
I went for a test. They had a 20 or 25 dollar coupon for a turkey. Receptionist said they were out of them and would send us one. NEVER RECEIVED IT.
Lea is excellent at her job. I go to the Cadillac, MI office from Free Soil because she is so good at explaining and listening to my concerns. Shane in Manistee is good also but I really prefer Lea.
The two ladies at Miracle Ear were very nice and helpful too me and polite I think they deserve a award
Lea is very compassionate about her patients! I was taken back by how wonderful my grandmother was treated! She adjusted her hearing aids perfect! I highly recommend this office
