I had noticed I was having difficulty understanding conversation if there was competing background noise. Like in a restaurant. My charger needed cleaning . It wasn't fully charging my hearing aids and they would die at crucial moments. Took it to my local miracle ear and she cleaned it in no time at all. Very satisfied with my experience ☺️ not only this time but every time.
