Michelle very nice & friendly, explained everything very well. I did not feel rushed or pressured in any way. Answered all my questions. Front staff was also very friendly and helpful.
This is my second hearing evaluation. Audiologist Michelle exceeded the other Audiologist in all areas. She explained hearing and hearing loss in depth. Her presentation was very friendly, warm, and comforting. I feel Miracle Ear is a good product and will continue to consider it as I select my appliance.
