I would like to thank the Miracle ear team in Princeton, Indiana for the quality service I received during my recent hearing aid purchase. I have purchased three sets of hearing aids from the Princeton office and this was the best experience yet. Chad and Brianna put forth the extra effort to work with my insurance to assure I was able to get the hearing aids I needed . If you're in the market for hearing aids don't hesitate to give them a call, you won't regret it.
I am in a nursing home now. Have asked that someone come check my hearing aids, but no response. Not very happy with them.
After going in for a hearing test and picking out a new pair of hearing aids, I waited three months and never heard anything from them. Finally they call and tell me they are no longer in network and I would have to pay for my hearing aids up front. Even if they are no longer in network, they were when I did my initial appointment as I called my insurance to find an in network store. Yet it takes them 3 months to get back to me and tell me ?
