All the staff is super knowledgable and friendly. There was NO pressure to purchase new "ears" when we were concerned that there could have been pressure due to the fact that we just paid off my current "ears!" Maybe next year, after another hearing test, I'll upgrade my hardware. This year with the extensive hearing test and some fine tuning, I'm hearing better than ever!
Have been visiting the Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center in Kahului for some time. It now has a permanent Hearing Instrument Specialist in Zach Bookman. In my humble opinion, he is an audio maestro! I am now hearing as I used to remember hearing. He is a genius at fine-tuning the aids to exactly where they need to be. If they gave Oscars for audio maestros, Zach would win, hands down! (Also, Crystal at reception, makes the best cup of coffee ☕️)
